Dr. Tiffany White-LaPierre (LA-PEE-AIR) is a Certified Park and Recreation Executive (CPRE) currently residing in the Inland Empire in southern California. White-LaPierre has two decades of experience in the park and recreation industry and has worked in the public, nonprofit and private sectors across the country specializing in recreation programming, facility operations, special events, day/overnight camps, after-school programs, teen programs, membership/guest services, arts and media, and park planning consulting. As an advocate for continuing education and service to the profession, White-LaPierre has earned a B.S. in recreation, sport and tourism, M.S. in sport management, M.A. in management, and a doctorate in human resource development specializing in workplace learning, training and instructional design. White-LaPierre currently serves on the board of directors for NRPA, Women in Parks and Recreation (WiPaR), and the National Association of Park Foundations (NAPF). White-LaPierre enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering and creating art.
