I cultivated my love for education and community engagement while attending North Carolina State University. From educating students in Wake County Public Schools and at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, to helping families and individuals participate in parks and recreation programs, my journey has been defined by a commitment to empowering others and fostering connections between people and knowledge. As the financial assistance program manager for Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources I am dedicated to ensuring that everyone in our community has access to the programs and resources offered by our department, regardless of financial barriers. At the core of everything I do is a deep-seated passion for helping and working with the public. Whether it's connecting families with resources to enrich their lives to advocating for inclusivity and accessibility, I find fulfillment in serving as a catalyst for positive change in our community.
