Regional Recreation Manager | Harris County Precinct 2 Parks and Recreation Department

Carly Horn is the Regional Recreation Manager for the Harris County Precinct 2 Parks and Recreation Department. She oversees various recreation programs, including camps, after-school activities, and weekend programs, ensuring inclusivity and engagement throughout the community. Carly also manages the purchase and distribution of recreation supplies and oversees grant funding to support these initiatives.

In addition to program management, she leads marketing efforts to promote the department's offerings and enhance community participation. Collaborating closely with Regional Center Managers, Carly implements innovative multi-generational programs in Precinct 2 parks and community centers, fostering connections and shared experiences among constituents.

Carly has a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and a minor in Psychology from the University of West Florida. She is passionate about educating the community on wildlife conservation and environmental stewardship. She regularly seeks opportunities to incorporate environmental education into recreational activities, inspiring constituents to appreciate and protect their surroundings.
