Scott Coughlin brings 40 years of combined experience in building and facility management, parks and recreation oversight, and environmental stewardship. His career has been dedicated to enhancing public spaces, ensuring sustainable practices, and working to create a positive work environment. With a deep expertise in aquatic facility operations, lake management, and water conservation, he has collaborated on numerous projects that prioritize environmental compliance and resource efficiency. His leadership in project management has allowed him to be lead large-scale initiatives, from ground up construction projects, park, and aquatic facility renovations to annual planting of over 15,000 trees in parks. Known for his hands-on approach, Scott is committed to creating vibrant, safe, and inclusive work environment where people feel valued and are members of a team. Scott has been married for 34 years, has 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
