Andrea Hill has nearly 20 years of experience in programming, volunteer management, project and event management, fundraising, and resource development. Hill currently serves as the chief development and partnerships officer for Tennessee Nonprofit Network. Hill was honored in 2016 by being named one of the National Urban League Young Professionals Inaugural Heroes In The Movement Award. In 2017, she was named as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Urban Elite professionals; in 2017, she was named the Provisional of the Year with the Junior League of Memphis. She was also named as one of the Memphis Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40 professionals in 2018 and Superwomen in Business in 2022. Hill serves as a volunteer Tennessee board member and as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. Hill also proudly supports WKNO.
