Community Liasion | Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks

I have more than 30 years of experience working with communities in each of the nine police districts in Baltimore City relating to public safety and nuisance properties. I’m formerly the Chairman of the Board of the Washington Pigtown Planning Council,which was one of the cities most prosperous Empowerment Zones, which was designed to reduce crime and cultivate redevelopment. In my new position as neighborhood liaison in the Baltimore City Council Presidents Office, I'm able to continue relationship that I have cultivated with communities through out Baltimore City.
