Ms. Turner-Noteware has twenty-eight years of experience in the engineering profession and is currently the Assistant Director for the Dallas Park and Recreation Department overseeing the Planning, Design and Facilities Division. She oversees the planning and implementation of the Capital Bond Program along with assisting other Divisions with devising and implementing solutions to operational and maintenance issues. Ongoing tasks include development of the 2024 Bond Program, the Greening Initiative and ongoing implementation of the 2017 Bond Program. Ms. Turner-Noteware has Bachelor's of Science in Engineering and Master's of Science degrees from Arizona State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in both Texas and Arizona.
