Pamela Yugar has 30 years of experience in the field of Parks and Recreation. She has served the cities of Alhambra, Walnut, and Azusa in the capacities of PT Staff, Coordinator, Supervisor and Superintendent. She has been the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Bell Gardens, Bell, Rosemead, and San Juan Capistrano.

She currently serves as Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Pico Rivera. Pamela also worked for eight years as a consultant for Interwest Consulting Group, where she managed the company’s Foundation and Scholarship program and created a division focused on Municipal grant writing, grant administration, and fundraising for local non-profits. Pamela has secured over 70 million dollars in grant funding in her career to create green spaces and parks for the communities she serves.

On a personal note, Pamela loves to hike, swim, and play with her two doggies when she is not working.
