Melinda McMillan-Miller is the Director of OKC Parks where she marries her talents in private, non-profit business with municipal leadership. She has served the residents of Oklahoma City in various roles since 2013. Prior to her work in OKC, she worked for the Philbrook Museum of Art, Tulsa, OK; Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA; and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew in London, England. She is a graduate of Kansas State University.
