Kevin Moore is the Recreation and Sports Manager for City of DeSoto. He manages Recreation Programs and Operations as well coordinates Special Events within the Park & Recreation Department. He has over 25 years in Recreation, Aquatics, Maintenance and youth/teen development. He graduated from Grambling State University with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Leisure. He is Certified Parks Recreation Professional and Aquatic Facility Operator. Kevin enjoys riding horses and swimming in his leisure time.
