She currently excels as a Creative Marketing Event Strategist in her role as a Marketing Digital Content Manager at the City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department.

Throughout her successful career, Monica has held a series of prominent positions that have showcased her versatility and expertise. These roles include Assistant Director of Special Events, Assistant Director of Student Life, Senior Program Officer, Multicultural Student Coordinator, Special Events and Marketing Coordinator, and Senior Public Information Officer.

Monica's skill set encompasses a wide range of areas, making her a valuable asset to any team.
