My name is Raelynne and I am the current Aquatics Coordinator with Bristol Parks, Recreation, Youth and community Services Department in the state of Connecticut. I began my career in 2011 as a lifeguard. I am a certified Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification, Water Safety Instructor Trainer (WSIT) certification, Lifeguard Instructor (LGI), Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. Year round I can be found supervising an indoor pool where we host countless swim lessons, 5 swim teams, water exercise classes and many other programs and rentals. I also help to supervise two outdoor pools during the summer time. Over the past several years I graduated from Tunxis Community College with a certificate in Family Violence as well as a Certificate and Associates degree in Human Services. I then went on to University a Saint Joseph to earn my bachelor’s degree in Social Work. My education ended at Quinnipiac University where I earned my Masters in Social Work. I have had seven internships working with children and families, substance abuse, senior population and transitional programs for young adults.
