Lisa Carroll, CPRE, is the Bureau Chief of Recreation for Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks, located in Carroll County, Maryland. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Studies/Therapeutic Recreation and a Master of Science in Physical Education/Outdoor Education, both from Ohio University.

Lisa has worked in campus recreation and for local government. She has been an active volunteer with NRPA and her state organization, where she is currently serving as MRPA’s Vice-President. She is a recent graduate of NRPA’s Revenue Development and Management School in addition to being a graduate of NRPA’s Directors School.
