Greetings esteemed NRPA professionals, I am Tiffani Harris-Davis, Asst. Division Chief of Training and Operations within the M-NCPPC, Dept of Parks and Recreation, Prince George's County. As a public servant for nearly 27 years working for various state, city, and local governments my career journey has not been a straight and narrow path. I have had the opportunity to stretch, grow, and experiment with different careers and organizations that have led me to my passion- the training and organizational development discipline.

I hold an MSA in Organizational Development from Trinity Washington University, Change Management, and Diversity and Inclusion Certifications from Cornell University, and I am an SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP Certified Professional. The training and knowledge gained from these institutions have been invaluable. However equally important are opportunities to practice and hone the skills as a training and organizational development practitioner.

I thank the countless mentors, supervisors, and colleagues that gave me space, opportunities, and encouragement to spread my wings and work through the angst and ambiguity that comes with learning and doing something new. These experiences have revealed I am a lifelong learner, I find fulfillment in developing, supporting, and serving others as they find their passion, and lastly, a deeper understanding that the only thing constant in this world is change.
