Dianne Palladino, Ph.D. [she/her] is NRPA’s Director of Evaluation. Since 2020, Dianne has overseen evaluation activities and strategy at NRPA, including supporting grants, evaluating internal programs and initiatives, measuring progress toward organizational strategic goals, and developing training and resources that equip park and recreation professionals with effective, low-cost evaluation efforts in the field. Dianne has worked in and managed research and/or evaluation for over 18 years, serving several fields. She and her team are passionate about ensuring that all agencies, no matter their size, resources, or community composition, have equitable access to the data they need for effective decision making. She holds undergraduate degrees from Clarkson University and Georgia Institute of Technology, and she earned her Ph.D. at Carnegie Mellon University.
