Description:
This session will dive into the basics and nuances of social media marketing. We will look at the differences between Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube and the useful tools for these platforms. Learn how to find, create and choose which trends to engage with across these platforms, as well as the best strategy for producing captivating, engaging and educational content for your agency. We will go over how to monitor communities and ensure they feel they are part of a connected group and gaining from your content. We also will discuss how to analyze basic metrics, set goals for social media marketing, and differentiate content across platforms and the field.
Learning Objectives:
1. Attendees will learn about the importance of social media marketing and which platforms will work best for them.
2. Attendees will learn to produce effective content based on the resources and qualities of their agency, and keep up with that content.
3. Attendees will learn about the basics behind social media monitoring and analytics tools, and how to use that information to build content.

One-hour education sessions (0.1 CEU) will be delivered as either Talks, Sandboxes, or Clinics.
Clinics and Sandboxes will be smaller sessions and on a first-come, first-serve basis, so make sure to arrive early!
- Talks will be delivered as lectures or panel sessions.
- Clinics will focus on applying concepts to real-life examples through workshop activities.
- Sandboxes are a great networking opportunity that invite participants to talk shop, compare notes and swap advice around hot topics in the field.
Twenty of the one-hour education sessions will be available on-demand through the conference app while also delivered in person.
