During this session, you will explore the dimension of your socialization. As park and recreation professionals, you are in a prime position to mentor the next generation of youth and park professionals. You can only do this when staff represents the diversity in the community and creates inclusive programming.
Learning Objectives:

2. Attendees should be able to leave with programming ideas to inspire the future park and recreation professional.
3. Attendees should be able to assess the inclusivity of park and recreation programming.
